Bernemanns zum Hölzchen looks rather inconspicuous at first glance, but the food is simply very good. There is a very good home cooking, at fair prices and nice service. We always like to come back 🙂.

There are by far the best fried potatoes and the best jägerschnitzel the city. If you expect a pompously decorated restaurant is certainly wrong, but if you like "good bourgeois" and fresh cuisine and rustic atmosphere like is just right. The landlord is also a real original and worth a visit alone.

The last real restaurant in Wewer. Good food in the middle price segment. To the bar a bit noisy. In summer you can also sit in the garden. Very friendly staff.

Very expensive goose meal (per person 32 euros), goose was not through and tough, bad service (you will be asked for drinks, although you have not undressed the jacket and sat down). Village pub character, very rustic. Never again !!!

We were here yesterday with 12 people. The restaurant is old-fashioned, is inconspicuous and makes absolutely nothing. The service was very nice, attentive and could quite competent on questions regarding the menu information (great!). The food was relatively quick-unfortunately a bit too time-delayed, so that some had already eaten half, while others just got their food. But it all tasted good - and that's the main thing :-). The portions were generous and the other food looked very good. Only the fries were not the hit. Unfortunately too labberig and too little salted. Unfortunately there was nothing on the tables for the after-salting. But the salad dressing was super delicious!
